HTTP 402

How x402 works

For a person: the server answers “payment required” with the price and terms; a compatible client authorizes payment and repeats the request.

For an agent: HTTP 402 carries one exact USDC option on Base. The signed request keeps the same endpoint and receives JSON after verification and settlement.

Visiting these pages, the documentation, OpenAPI, or health never starts a payment. Only the service POST routes accept the x402 flow.

Inspect the contract before integrating. These read-only links never trigger payments.
